B2B Cargo Claims and Cargo Inspection Protocols
Tech Digital Group LLC operates as an international B2B enterprise dealing in commercial technology sourcing and custom agricultural production (specifically contract milling, bottling, and white-labeling extra virgin olive oil from our estate in Maldonado, Uruguay). Because we deal in bulk cargo-level freight, customized brand prints, and specialized component sourcing, we do not support retail consumer-grade return or refund systems. All transactions are final and subject to the guidelines detailed below.
For all digital tech imports, component batches, and computing hardware shipments:
Due to strict food safety guidelines, sanitary regulations, and custom import certificates:
Unless explicitly written otherwise in the signed Purchase Order or Service Level Agreement, all customs duties, local inspection fees, warehousing tariffs, and return freight costs are the sole responsibility of the client. Tech Digital Group LLC does not refund secondary costs incurred during border clearance delays.
Approved financial refunds will be processed within thirty (30) business days via corporate bank wire transfer (SWIFT/Fedwire) or business check in US Dollars (USD). We do not support credit card chargeback mechanisms for B2B cargo scale transactions.
